Their story will have you crying one moment and laughing the next!… I could not put the book down until I was finished (Both times!)…It is a well written story that details some of the hardships and rewards of two people looking for happiness in this place we like to call paradise. I read the entire book in one sitting. I felt as if I was sitting around a campfire hearing the stories straight from the author. After reading the book I feel as if I know this couple personally. Theirs is a fun filled, touching story of adventure, play, love and creating a life of freedom and dreams come true. I am looking forward to the next book and want even more logistics about making the move to paradise on how the average person can actually do it.

You know, I have to admit it was not what I expected at all. I read it on a flight to Europe today and found myself laughing out loud! Rose has a great sense of humor and an innocence that entices you to read more about her and Greg’s adventures in the Philippines. I loved the chapter describing the first time Greg met Rose’s family, in Leyte!! Too funny! Nice job overall!
