The Binucot Beach Resort OktoberFest on Tablas Island was a Great Success! Two of the resort hosts are from East Germany, and they wanted to spread the Fun of their homeland here on Tablas Island. Their was LIVE music that made us dance, Great food that made us eat, and adult libations that made us be silly.

Games & Laughs
Speaking of being Silly, there were traditional German drinking games, and then there were the Fantastically Funny Filipino games. If we can get some pictures of these crazy games, then I will share them in our Newsletter.

The Attendees
One of the aspects of living here in that I really Love, is that everyone is always welcome. Ages ranged from 8 months of age to 80 years in age. Cultures ranged from The Philippines, USA, France, England, Australia, Austria, Italy, Canada, and Germany (of course).

What's Next?
Since the Oktoberfest was such a great Success, I asked Peter & Uwe what could we expect next. 'Christmas is Big in Germany. Maybe we can have a Merry Christmas celebration... with Filipino Bier & German food of course!'

So this begs the question... Will you be joining us for the next party? We hope you'll join us.

Photo Shoot @ The Beach for the Re-release of my Book

Good Morning from Paradise Everybody! Today we had an awesome morning.

Since the weather is perfect, we decided to walk to beach to dip our toes in the water, and for a photo shoot. The photo shoot is mostly for fun, but it's also to promote the Re-release of my book, 'Like Winning the Lottery'. It was a #1 Best Selling book in family humor in 2015. Now I am fixing a few things in the book and re-releasing it in November 2016.

Back to the Beach...
We arrived at the beach around 9am and as you can see from the video, the sun is shining brightly, and I have to squint. How in the heck do models keep their eyes open. I'll have to ask our friend Sasha Tajaran (from Calatrava) how she keeps her eyes open during a photo shoot. Ouch!
As soon as we stepped on the beach, I wanted to skip the photo shoot and just jump in the ocean and play in the surf. I love getting a good dose of Vitamin Sea. I was informed that after the photo shoot that I could be a kid and play in the water. I was happy and motivated. 'Let's Get it On!'
It it obvious that we should have worn sunglasses for this?  Fortunately it was over with quickly. Did you notice any of the kids on the beach? They looked hungry to us, so Rose purchased some cookies and snacks for the cute kids of the village fishermen.
We are Giving Away FREE copies of my Book to 5 Lucky people.

2 Typhoon in 1 Week in the Philippines

10/21/2016

Picture
Natural Catastrophe In other parts of the world come in the form of Hurricanes, Monsoons, Tornados, Blizzards, Tsunamis, Flash Floods, Forest Fires and more. Here in the Philippines, they come as Typhoons. Normally we will have 3-5 that will make land fall, while the others are near misses. But even a near miss can have catastrophic results. In the past week, we had 2 major typhoons make landfall on the big island of Luzon which is about 260 miles north of us on Tablas Island, but we still had strong, gusty winds and bands of heavy rain throughout the week.

Below you can see video how a typhoon affected us here on Tablas Island.

Global Travel Leads to Enriching Others Willing to Work

10/18/2016

Picture
It's my first day back home after a whirlwind tour around the globe. While I was away, I was:
  • promoting commerce,
  • promoting island life and
  • promoting how people can change their lives.
Picture
Now I'm home and up with the chickens at 3:46am. I actually think I was awake before the chickens today, but since we have a full moon this morning, I think the roosters are confused and began crowing upon seeing it instead of their normal time at sunrise.
Picture
On this trip, I traveled to Japan, South Korea, China, Taiwan, Singapore, India, The United Arab Emirates, Germany, and the USA. (Some of you probably saw images of my trip on my Facebook page).
Here's What I Discovered
Since I was on a trip to promote commerce, Island Living and changing lives, I was speaking with the people who choose to work for a living (versus speaking to the people who are choosing not to work for a living). I discovered that there are lots of people who feel trapped in their lives.

How are they Trapped? It's like this...
  • they get out of bed to get ready for a job that they don't want to be at
  • then get dressed to go to a job they don't want to be at,
  • they  commute to work their job that they don't want to be at,
  • then they will work 8 to 10 hours  to pay for the car & home
  • then they commute to a home that was left vacant for 10 to 12 hours.
  • then they go to bed to do it all over again - it's Groundhog Day.
Their stories sadden me, while at the same time they motivate me. They motivate me because it's in my nature to want to help people who want to do more with their lives. I want to help those who are willing to give just another 10% so they can free themselves from their cages. I want to help those people so they can enjoy a happier, healthier and better lifestyle. Be it on the beach, on the lake, on a farm or in the mountains.
Hearing their stories reminds me of my former self & a sadder time
There was a point in my past where I was:
  • Deep in debt
  • Homeless (fortunately I had family & friends who let me stay with them)
  • Working 2 jobs
  • Feeling afraid and nearly hopeless
But with all these things going against me, I didn't give up. I knew the bottom was not a place for me.  With that little bit of hope left in me, I gave more than an additional 10%. I gave everything... and I turned my life into something pretty good.
So, What am I going to do?
Like I said, I am motivated. Motivated by my personal experiences and motivated to help people reach a higher level of financial success. I want to teach them what I did to turn my life around and into something really good. The first thing they are going to need are the tools. Then they are going to need ideas for how they can make this happen. Then they are going to need a script - or a plan - to follow.

I was originally going to put it in the form of a book, but while traveling home, I decided to do it in the form of an instructional video series. I want people can see:
  • What I do,
  • How I do it,
  • and What tools I use to make it happen.
Think of it as Zero to Hero!

It's Time for me to Get to Work!
Like I said... After a Global Tour of promoting How to Have a Better Life, I learned that People need the Tools to make a Better Life. Now I am creating a program for those who are willing to put in the extra effort to have a Better Life. The first part will be my Essential Tools. I'm not charging for my list of Essential Tools and how to use them, because I think it should be free. Get it! Share it!

Typhoon Sarika (Karen) & Preparation Checklist & Video

The Western Pacific continues its active streak, with a slew of budding typhoons likely to cause major impact in the coming week.
First, a budding typhoon threatens to blast Luzon Island of the Philippines with flooding rain and damaging winds this weekend, before taking aim at southern China and northern Vietnam.
Meanwhile, a new system is expected to develop over the weekend, setting its sights on the already inundated Philippines for the middle of next week.

Typhoon Sarika, known as Karen in the Philippines, will track very close to the northern Bicol region of Luzon, before slamming into central Luzon and making landfall on Saturday.
Sarika will strengthen into a typhoon with its strength equal to that of a Category 1 hurricane during this time, endangering residents and property across Luzon Island by unleashing flooding rain (up to 24 inches), damaging winds and dangerous seas through this weekend.
As Sarika tracks east to west into Sunday, so does the risk of damaging winds.
Wind gusts of 65-115 km/h (40-70 mph) will also whip the Bicol region throughout the weekend, resulting in power outages, tree damage and minor damage to well-constructed homes. More significant damage will result along the east-central coast of Luzon, where winds will gust to 130-160 km/h (80-100 mph) as Sarika comes onshore late on Saturday.
The eastern coast of Luzon will also be subject to coastal flooding with the highest storm surge near and north of where Sarika makes landfall.
Excessive rainfall totaling 200-300 mm (8-12 inches) will severely inundate the Bicol region and east-central Luzon, resulting in widespread life-threatening flooding and mudslides. There will be locally greater amounts, especially in the higher terrain.
The risk of flooding, power outages and wind damage will expand across central Luzon as Sarika tracks through on Sunday. Rainfall will generally be on the order of 75-150 mm (3-6 inches) with wind gusts of 95-130 km/h (60-80 mph).
"Manila will be spared from the brunt of this future typhoon but will still endure rainfall amounts of 75-150 mm (3-6 inches) with wind gusts of 80-95 km/h (50-60 mph)," AccuWeather Meteorologist Rob Richards said.
Flooding threatens to unfold rapidly in the nation's capital, as most of the rain is likely to fall in just one day.
Sarika has the potential to briefly weaken to tropical storm strength as it passes over land Saturday night and into Sunday morning. However, the storm will likely strengthen again quickly once the center is back over open water on Sunday.
Although the center of Sarika will be pulling away from Luzon on Sunday, the effects of the storm will continue linger. Residual floodwaters, damage and sporadic power outages could cause more disruptions as residents head back to work and school on Monday.

Island Life is Better Because There are No Traffic Jams

10/11/2016

Studies Show that People Average 128 Hours a Year in Traffic Jams
Not only 128 hours per year are lost in traffic jams, but it also costs you an average of US$2,200 in fuel. Ouch!
I dread traffic. I mean I really don't like driving in congested traffic or getting stuck in traffic jams. I think the last time I was stuck in a traffic jam, I told Rose that I just wanted to put the car in PARK, get out and walk.
When Did this Happen?
A few years ago, when we were living in Angeles City, Philippines, we picked up our daughter from school and went to Marque mall for dinner. After an enjoyable dinner Italianis, we got in our car for the short the 3 miles (5Km) drive to our home. (Notice I said a short 3 mile drive). As we merged into traffic, we literally ended up in 6 lanes of stopped, chaotic traffic. What makes this chaotic situation turn exasperating is that this 6 lanes of traffic was happening on a 2 lane road.
Picture
Putting the car in PARK, I looked at Rose and I joked, 'Should we walk? I think we'll get home sooner.' We both shook our head.  After 3 hours, we pulled into our driveway, carried April to bed, and began sipping on 2 glasses of Cabernet.
'I know we said we were going to wait until 2018 to move to Tablas Island, but I don't want to wait any longer. Would you object to us moving there now?'
And like that, the decision was made to put the house on the market and move as soon as we could to where Island Life Is Better and there are literally no traffic jams (along with no stress & a happier life). See the video below to enjoy the relaxing, stress free drive in paradise.

The Sea Reduces Your Stress to Live a Longer & Happier Life

Before I moved to the islands, I was under a tremendous amount of stress, and my physical health showed. See a few examples below:
  • High Blood Pressure
  • Chest Pains
  • Lack of Sleep
  • Depression/Irritability
  • Weight Problems
Because I know that Island Life has dramatically improved my life, I thought you might want to see what Science has to say about Island Living & Living by the ocean can do for your health. Consider these suggestions to Live a Longer & Happier Life.
Why Stress is the #1 Silent Killer
There's no doubt that twenty-first century living is filled with stress. People's jobs are demanding, the roads are crowded, and even the entertainment is fast paced. Stress comes in many packages, but the overall effect of stress on our lives is easy to spot. There are so many physical and emotional symptoms associated with stress that it has been called the silent killer. What is it about stress that would make it a silent killer, and what can You do to counteract it?

Stress comes in several different types. There are exciting, good things that happen to us, such as getting married or getting a new job. While these things make us happy, they are also changes in our lives. In addition, we have sudden, bad types of stressors, such as a fight with our kids or losing our job. And then there are the day-in, day-out types of stressors, such as money problems, an unhappy marriage, or chronic illness. When we talk about the stress in our lives, we usually are referring to the sum total of the effect on us of all these types of stress.

People are wired to respond to emergency stress with a rush of adrenalin. For example, if you had a vicious dog lunge at you, your heart would beat fast and you'd immediately (1) grab something to fight it off with or (2) turn and run. This is called the "fight or flight" response. During this physiological response,  your body is responding quickly because your logical brain is not working logically.

While this flight or fight response is certainly appropriate and useful in some situations, it really doesn't have much value in helping people deal with the kind of stress we experience in the twenty-first century - leaving people with upset stomachs, muscles tension, overwhelmed brains, and taxed cardiovascular systems. In short, stress might be killing you! You might not be aware of it, though, so stress is a silent, sneaky sort of killer.

Reducing stress, even in today's world, is a real possibility. In fact, it is a virtual necessity. Smart people take care of themselves physically and mentally. Consider adding stress management to your daily goals is a good idea if you are under a lot of pressure from various aspects of your life. And these days, who isn't?

Stress management consists of getting enough rest, eating a nutritious diet, and getting some type of moderate exercise. Specific nutrients that can nourish the nervous system from the ravages of stress include the B-complex of vitamins, calcium, and magnesium. Some herbs that can help are skullcap, St. John's Wort, and chamomile. If getting to sleep is a problem, you might try melatonin or valerian.

Sleep is absolutely essential to good health and stress reduction, although not every person needs the recommended seven to eight hours. Most do, however. Over-the-counter sleep aids made from the drug, diphenhydramine, will help you get to sleep, but the sleep will probably not be as restful as natural sleep. Use it as a last resort.

or... You Can Live by the Ocean for Stress Relief (no Prescription Required)
Since ancient times, humans have assigned healing and transformational properties to water. In early Rome, baths were an important part of cultural life, a place where citizens went to find relaxation and to connect with others in a calming setting. In ayurveda, the ancient Indian medicinal wisdom, and traditional Chinese medicine, the water element is crucial to balancing the body and creating physical harmony. Rivers have long been seen as sacred places, and in a number of different spiritual contexts, water has symbolized rebirth, spiritual cleansing and salvation.

Today, we still turn to water for a sense of calm and clarity. We spend our vacations on the beach or at the lake; get exercise and enjoyment from water sports like surfing, scuba diving, sailing, and swimming; refresh ourselves with long showers and soothing baths, and often build our lives and homes around being near the water.

Our affinity for water is even reflected in the near-universal attraction to the color blue. We’re naturally drawn to aquatic hues — the color blue is overwhelming chosen as the favorite color of people around the world, and marketing research has found that people tend to associate it with qualities like calm, openness, depth and wisdom.

Wallace J. Nichols, a marine biologist, believes that we all have a “blue mind” — as he puts it, “a mildly meditative state characterized by calm, peacefulness, unity, and a sense of general happiness and satisfaction with life in the moment” — that’s triggered when we’re in or near water.

“We are beginning to learn that our brains are hardwired to react positively to water and that being near it can calm and connect us, increase innovation and insight, and even heal what’s broken.”

The tranquil sound of ocean waves is very hypnotic and soothing. These natural sounds are great for general relaxation, for helping you to sleep, or as a peaceful aid to meditation.
Since the beginning of time, mankind has been graced with Mother Nature’s own relaxing sounds. But in the modern era, we have become cut off from the natural sounds of the world. Nowadays so many of us are so surrounded by the noise of modern industry and media that we never have the opportunity to enjoy natures own relaxing background music.

Listening to natural environmental sounds reminds us that we are a part of a greater whole. Nature sounds like this relaxing ocean waves recording remind us that our life extends beyond the walls that surround us at our home or office. These soothing sounds are innately peaceful and have a purity about them that many of us have become disconnected from, and they are wonderful for relaxing the mind. Take a moment to appreciate just how relaxing the sounds of nature can be. Give yourself some time out to de-stress and sink into a state of deep meditative stillness . . . the sounds of the ocean will take you there.
Picture
In our everyday lives, we’re constantly bombarded with sensory stimuli, whether from our devices, busy homes and offices, or hectic city streets. Our brains need downtime, but they rarely get enough of it.

Being around water gives our brains and our senses a rest from overstimulation.
“The sound around us, from an auditory perspective, is simplified. It’s not quiet, but the sound of water is far more simple than the sound of voices or the sound of music or the sound of a city,” Nichols tells the Huffington Post. “And the visual input is simplified. When you stand at the edge of water and look out on the horizon, it’s visually simplified relative to the room you’re sitting in right now, or a city you’re walking through, where you’re taking in millions of pieces of information every second.”

When we’re near, on, in or under water, we get a cognitive break because there’s simply less information coming in. Our brains don’t shut down — they keep working, but in a different way, according to Nichols. “When you have that simplified, quieter ‘blue’ space, your brain is better at a different set of processes,” he says.

Water can induce a meditative state.
Many of us love to sit near the ocean or a river and gaze out at the water — often, we can sit for long periods simply observing the gentle movements of the water. Why? Though we may not be conscious of it, the water could be inducing a mildly meditative state of calm focus and gentle awareness.

When we’re by the water, our brains are held in a state of mild attentiveness — what Nichols calls a “soft fascination.” In this state, the brain is interested and engaged in the water, taking in sensory input but not distracted by an overload of it, as we might be with the “hard fascination” we experience while watching an action movie or playing a video game.

Being in a mindful state — in which the brain is relaxed but focused — benefits the mind and body on a number of different levels. A growing body of research has found myriad benefits associated with mindfulness, including lower stress levels, relief from mild anxiety, pain and depression, improved mental clarity and focus, and better sleep quality.

Water Stimulates for a creative mind.

RSS Feed

Hopping in the shower, as many people know, can be a great way to trigger ideas when our brains are in a creative rut.

In our always-busy, screen-saturated lives, we don’t give our minds much of a chance to rest and wander freely. But when we do, the mind switches into a different mode of engagement, known as the default mode network — the brain network associated with daydreaming, imagination, consolidation of memories, self-referential thought, insight and introspection. The default mode network is extremely important for creativity — which is often why we find that when we turn off our brains for a moment and get in the shower, activating that default network, that we suddenly come up with the insights and ideas that eluded us while we were sitting at our computers desperately searching for the solution.

“The shower is a proxy for the Ocean.” “You step in the shower, and you remove a lot of the visual stimulation of your day. Auditorially, it’s the same thing — it’s a steady stream of ‘blue noise.’ You’re not hearing voices or processing ideas. You step into the shower and it’s like a mini-vacation.”

Rather than switching off, when you’re showering, your brain switches into a different mode — and while the brain is in a more restful state, suddenly you’re able to make those new or unusual connections. The “Eureka” moment comes at last — the insight or solution “feels like it drops out of the sky and into your head,” says Nichols.

Exercise by or in water is good for our bodies and brains.
Exercise in any setting can improve our physical and mental health on a number of different levels, and can be an excellent way of reducing stress. But you may get even more benefit from your exercise by ditching the gym and taking a swim or a jog by the ocean instead.

“We know that water helps us relax, and we know that exercise is good for our bodies and our brains. If somebody is experiencing a number of problems that exercise and stress reduction may help with, [water] is a good add-on. Find a river trail and run there, or get on a bike, or row or swim.”

Being outside near water while you’re exercising will potentially give you more of a mental boost than exercising in a crowded, hectic gym environment with TVs in front of you and people all around. Many people feel intuitively that being in the presence water provides tangible benefits for their well-being, and as Nichols explains, their instincts are right.

“It’s almost too obvious, and it gets overlooked. But the health and neurological benefits of exercise by water are very real.”

What Would You do if You Caught Your Spouse with a Lover?

What Would you do if you Caught Your Spouse in The Act with a Lover?
I know that if I was in this situation, that I would be extremely hurt and angry. I am not sure what I would do, but I guess this type of situation must have been common enough for the Filipino law makers to create a law for this matter.

The other day I was reading the local news about this same situation. I will let you read for yourself:  BAAO, Camarines Sur – An enraged husband stabbed his wife’s lover in the back several times before cutting off his penis in a sudden rage of jealousy after discovering the two in bed together.
43-year-old Victor Boaquenia caught the two in an intimate moment in their nipa hut in Bgy. San Francisco, in the town of Baao.
Police say that Victor fled the scene of the crime.

41-year-old Gaspar Hermo, of Baao is currently recuperating from his stab wounds.
Physicians at the Bicol Medical Center in Naga City said they were unsure if they would be able to reattach Hermo’s penis.

(the entire story amazes me, but keep reading)...

Sources say that Victor is only wanted for fleeing the scene of the crime as it is legal to murder a spouse and their lover in cold blood in the Philippines if they are found to be in a sexually provocative mode.

I am not a lawyer - or claim to be one - but I am glad I am that I don't have to worry about this kind of craziness in our loving home. My wife is Awesome! (I Love You Rose).

Health Benefits of Tropical Island Life + 10 Healthy Heart Tips

Is Island Life Healthier for Your Body?
I think the best answer for this question is that Results May Vary. Why do I say this? Because some may choose:
  • not to exercise
  • to drink excessively
  • to over eat
  • to indulge in non-healthy vices.
This is why I say: Results May Vary
How Is Island Life for My Health
Picture
Before we started living here on the island, I had a few health issues:
  • My heart EKG showed a Right Bundle Branch Block
  • My blood pressure was much higher
  • And I looked older than I should (possibly stress)

Now that we live on the island, things have improved dramatically for me. I know this because I met with my doctor yesterday in Anchorage, Alaska. He asked me what was happening in my life, because now:
  • My EKG no longer shows a Right Bundle Branch Block
  • My Blood Pressure is 102 over 80
  • My pulse is 70 beats per minute
  • My Bad cholesterol is lower & my Good cholesterol is higher
  • I'm 5'10" tall & I weigh 180 pounds
  • and he shocked, 'You don't even look close to 53 years old!'
Why Do I Have These Positive Results?
I'm not quite sure, but I think I have an idea why this positive health change happened.
Since we have been living on the island, we:
  • Eat organic vegetables & meat daily from our own farm
  • We exercise vigorously at least 4 days each week (sometimes 5 days)
  • We drink lots of pure water & limit our alcohol consumption
  • Coconut Water from our own trees
  • Pili Nuts for our skin & blood health
  • We laugh and enjoy the weather & the Vitamin Sea.

What can YOU do to Improve Your Health? (This works anywhere in the world). ONE OF THE MAJOR CAUSES FOR DEATH IS HEART PROBLEMS. A BIG RISK FACTOR FOR STROKE AND HEART ATTACK ARE CLOGGED ARTERIES THAT CAN INTERRUPT THE BLOOD FLOW THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE BODY.

Lack of movement, stress and mostly unhealthy eating are different contributors that raise the risk of a heart attack. However, if you make few small changes into your diet you can drastically decrease the risk. We present you some drinks and foods that can help you to keep your arteries free of blockage:
Salmon
It is one of the healthiest foods when it comes to heart health. The reason is because it contains different healthy fatty acids that are actually naturally present in the fish. All these fats decrease and prevent raised cholesterol, inflammation and triglyceride levels. Some other healthy fish are herring, tuna and mackerel. The best way is to buy organic fish.
Orange juice
Pure orange juice contains a lot of antioxidants which supports healthy blood vessels. It is also able to reduce high blood pressure. Drinking two glasses of fresh orange juice daily can help you to reach the daily recommended dosage of vitamin C and it will give you enough minerals and vitamins that can have positive impact over your health.
Coffee
This is the long expected reason to drink your first morning cup of coffee. Different studies have discovered that if you drink 2 to 4 cups of coffee every day you can reduce the risk of a heart attack by approximately 20%. However, be aware that drinking coffee in some cases can have negative effects over your stomach and drinking excessive amount of caffeine is not very healthy for you.
Nuts
They are famous because they contain a lot of healthy fats such as unsaturated fats and omega-3 fatty acids. They are great for cholesterol levels and they also boost your memory and joints. Almonds and walnuts contain a lot of these healthy fats and just one handful daily can make the difference.
Persimmon fruit
It is high in healthy sterols and fiber and they can help you to reduce the cholesterol levels. People also call them “divine fruits” because they are tasty and sweet and they are amazing as an addition to cereal or salads.
Turmeric
It contains a lot of curcumin that has amazing positive attributes. Turmeric will help you to reduce tissue inflammation and stop overactive fat storage. It is great as an addition to different dishes and it is amazing as a tea as well.
Green tea
It is known because of its calming and energizing effects. The reason is because it contains cetachin, which is an antioxidant that reduces the absorption of cholesterol and it supports the metabolism. Drinking 1 to 2 cups of green tea every day is enough to get the maximum benefits.
Watermelon
Watermelon is refreshing fruit that will widen the blood vessels and it will promote production of nitric oxide. Eating watermelon can do wonders for your health!
Whole grain
Another efficient way to stop appearance of high cholesterol is whole grain flour. It contains a lot of fiber that bonds with cholesterol and it prevents its accumulation in the arteries. Foods that contain a lot of whole grain will also break down the already buildup cholesterol. Some great sources of whole grain are brown rice, oats and whole grain bread.
Cheese
In some cases it does not have the best reputation. However, if you consume it in moderation it can help you to reduce the high cholesterol levels and the blood pressure.
Seaweed
Seawed contains a lot vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, proteins and carotenoids. If you consume it regularly you can regulate the blood pressure and at the same time widen the vessels. If you consume seaweed on a regular basis you can lower the cholesterol levels by 5%.
Cranberries
They contain a lot of potassium and by drinking cranberry juice regularly, you can raise the healthy cholesterol and reduce the bad one. Drink 2 glasses daily can help you to reduce the risk of heart attack by 40%.
Cinnamon
It is tasty addition in baked goods and in tea. It is great in the fight against high cholesterol because it prevents the buildup in the arteries. 1 teaspoon daily can have a huge effect over your health.
Pomegranate
They contain a lot of phytochemicals which can naturally promote nitric oxide production that is amazing for improved circulation. It is exotic fruit and it is great addition to salads.
Spinach
It is great for clearing up the arteries and it can reduce high blood pressure. It contains a lot of folic acid and potassium, which can reduce the risk of heart attacks and they support muscle tissues as well.
Olive oil
Greeks and Italians know the secret to good health: consuming high-quality olive oil. If you consume cold-pressed olive oil you will get healthy fats and the cholesterol levels will be reduced. It can reduce the risk of a heart attack by 41%.
Broccoli
