 We are UnBoxing our Packages Today! (Video) Unboxing mail is always a Mystery and a Surprise in the Philippines. Since it is October, we are UnBoxing our October Mail and Preparing for Halloween... on My Filipino Life! Getting mail in the Philippines is much different than the USA. In the USA, the mail is delivered to your house (unopened). In the Philippines, we must go to the Philippines Post Office with a valid ID card, and request our mail. We also need to pay a fee if we have packages being sent to us.  3 Senioritas (Girls) Singing for us on the way home from School. On our way home from our daughter's school, we ask her and her friends if they knew any new songs that they could sing for us). Of course, Singing in the Philippines is a National pastime, and fortunately for us, the girls have been practicing a popular Original Philippines Music (OPM) song entitled "Kahit Ayaw Mo Na". Click on the Video below and enjoy the singing. You will also see that we stop and do "The Right Thing" when we see an older lady walking with her grandson along the roadside.  In today's episode, Rose is taking me out on a date. Yes, the tables have turned, and she is taking me out for dinner and a movie. Where will she take me? Watch and see where she takes me as we travel from our Paradise Island to Manila - the Metropolis of the Philippines.
